Dysmenorrhoea can be defined as the gynecological medical condition followed by severe uterine pain during menstruation. Sesame seeds are also a relief giving home remedy for painful menstruation. 1-2 teaspoon of sesame seeds should be taken in a glass of water and should be boiled for a minute, then strain the mixture and drink it for one to two times a day.
