6. Taking half teaspoon of ginger juice with half boiled egg and honey every night helps in treating sexual impotency. It also cures spermatorrhoea and premature ejaculation.

7. Taking a mixture of dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, dates and quince seeds daily increases sexual stamina and libido.

8. Black raisins taken with a glass of milk daily can enhance sexual performance.

9. Taking jambul fruits also helps in increasing sexual stamina. The fruit should be mixed with milk and little honey to get the best results.
