Double Chin Exercises Facial Exercises to Get Rid of Face Fat

Having a double chin can make you look older and can really diminish your self confidence. Women facing this problem would do anything for getting rid of it and sometimes they even think that the only solution is surgery. Unfortunately, this is very expensive, unpleasant and frightening. There are though other solutions, including double chin exercises, to solve the problem in a non-invasive manner.

The first and most important thing that you have to be aware of is that the double chin is the result of an increased body fat and it is nothing else but a fat deposit. While you have to talk to a nutritionist and to take measures of lowering your total body fat, through diet and physical activity, there are also some targeted double chin exercises that you can do at home. They are nothing complicated or hard to do, but the key is, as always, the consequence and the determination. Doing double chin exercises only once in a while and without also taking measures for burning body fat won’t help you a lot. You need to spend a few minutes daily for practicing them, especially that they don’t imply a big effort. They are exercises that need to be practiced gently and slowly.

Here are a few examples of double chin exercises that you can practice in the comfort of your home on a daily basis.

1. Sit straight and tilt you head back for as far as you can. Make sure you are not in an uncomfortable position and open and close your mouth repeatedly. You have to feel the chin muscles stretching in order for the exercise to be efficient.

2. Sit comfortable on a chair with your head in a relaxed position and pull your chin upwards. Again, you have to feel the muscles stretching. Do this is sets of ten. This exercise is an effective way to get rid of face fat naturally.

3. Sit on a chair with your spine straight and rotate your head slowly. Don't make any sudden movements and try to rotate gently from one shoulder to another. Stop if you feel a discomfort in the neck area.

4. Sit up and lean your head so that you can see the ceiling. From this position, stretch your lips just like when you are about to kiss someone. Try to hold this position for a few seconds and then to repeat the exercise ten times.

5. You can also get rid of face fat and double chin by this simple exercise. Sit comfortable on a chair, relax your head and shoulders and, with your mouth wide open, pull out your tong as much as you can. Repeat for five or ten times.
