1. Breasts lumps are also caused due to breasts cysts. They are the sacs which are filled with fluid and they are of the size of the grape. Usually the cysts are very common in between the age of 30s and 40s which generally stops after the menopause. Usually the cysts are like small, water-filled balloons which sometimes turn to be harder and rubbery.

2. Fibroadenomas are rubbery solid tumors which are commonly found in younger women especially in their 20s and 30s. In the period of pre-menopausal women this form of lump is of the most common form. They are not painful and can be easily recognized as they are freely movable under the skin when touched. The cause of this tumor is still unknown.

3. Mastitis is a breast lump which is caused due to the infection of breast tissue which causes swelling, pain and also redness in the breasts. Usually it occurs often in the woman who has just deliver a baby and giving breast feeding. It is caused by the bacteria which enters the breast or nipple through any cut in the breast. 4. There are some breasts lumps which are malignant. The size of the malignant tumor ranges from small pea to a golf ball. These malignant tumors feel differently in comparison to other tumor. Usually these tumors are very hard and even they don't move if they are touched or pushed on. This type of lump should be checked out by physician immediately.
